About Site Permitting
The Fraser Energy project is permitted locally through the Town of Hamden, in coordination with Delaware County, NYS DEC, and the NYC DEP.
Below are links to the progressive permitting packages. Please note that the final permit will be stated as such; earlier iterations will be built upon to move towards the final permit.
